Angel City Ale, A beautiful malty amber ale with a late addition of Golding hops to give it
complex bittering and a thirst quenching dry finish.
Charlie Parker Pale Ale, Nice balance of caramel malt and floral hops make this golden
colored pale ale a treat any time.
Vitzen, A German style unfiltered wheat beer, brewed with Weheinstephen yeast for a
wonderful aroma and spicy finish.
Dunkel, A rich dark lager brewed with six different types of malt for a seamlessly smooth dark malt flavor.
Stritch Stout, Deep dark, full bodied with flavors of chocolate, coffee and a hint of vanilla.
Belgian I.P.A., Aggressively hopped Belgian style ale, made with Belgian malt, yeast, and candi sugar. As this beer warms up it becomes more complex.
CHE Lager , A pale lager crisp and clean in flavor nice compliment to a hot summer day.

Each one of the dishes is best pared with the beer that it is made with, just let your pallet be your guide and have fun with it.
Dunkel Enchiladas $6
Two small corn tortillas filled with shredded chicken breast, topped with a rich enchilada sauce made from pasilla chili and Angel City Dunkel.
Roast Chipotle Chicken Tostada $6
Whole chicken smothered in chipotle chili and Angel City Ale then oven roasted until it falls off the bone. Layered on top of a crisp corn tortilla, black beans, lettuce, pickled onions, and cotija cheese.
Beer Cheese Nachos $5
A bold and spicy cheese sauce made with Charlie Parker Pale Ale and Serrano chili. Served over
flour tortilla chips, topped with diced tomato and green onion.
Vitzen Salmon Salad $8
Grilled salmon topped with an Angel City Vitzen reduction sauce. Served over a bed of baby greens tossed in a citrus vinaigrette.
Stritch Stout Float $5
A scoop of vanilla ice cream drowned in a glass of Stritch Stout.
