Event Description
“Louisiana Cajun & Creole Fest” tasting event featuring a pairing of classic foods from the bayou – California-inspired versions of Crawfish Etouffee, Gumbo and Jambalaya – with specialized drinks designed to bring out the flavor and turn up the heat. Also served will be Bluewater Grill favorites Oysters Rockefeller and Oysters Bienville, along with Bananas Foster for dessert.
