The Carmenere grape – one of the 6 grapes allowed in Bordeaux wines, was brought to Chile prior to the great phylloxera louse infestations that ravaged European vineyards. The Chilean Carmenera is a pure stock growth offering a deeper and purer flavor than Carmenere wines grown anywhere else in the world. This, together with a near ideal wine growing climate has made Chilean wines some of the best in the world.
And we got ‘em!
Join us for a Chilean Tapas inspired menu paired expertly with an array of award winning Chilean wines!
