The Coliseum Pool & Grill, at Pelican Hill Resort®, partners with Southern California brew master, Karl Strauss. Chef Marc pairs a custom five-course menu to our full flight of five hand-crafted draft beers. Karl Strauss brew masters, alongside Chef Marc, will narrate the entire dining experience, masterfully pairing the flavors of brew and food.
