 ship and fundraising through a shared love of food, cooking and the ar
 ts. This special culinary class, hosted by Prep Kitchen Essentials and
  conducted by Chef Gregg Denter, will focus on sauce-making techniques
  featuring a menu that includes Sauteed Shrimp on Angel Hair Pasta wit
 h Three Sauces (Alfredo Sauce, Pesto Sauce, Tomato Coulis) and Filet o
 f Beef & Poached Lobster (Green Peppercorn & Bernaise Sauces and Champ
 agne Lemon Butter), among others.\n\nThe event is being hosted by Prep
  Kitchen Essentials in Los Alamitos. The class will start at 11:00 a.m
 . on Sunday, September 12. The cost is $125 per person, and 100 percen
 t of the proceeds will be donated to ASD. Also available at the event 
 will be culinary gift baskets, student art, Belli Famiglia Olive Oil a
 nd Opalo Reserve Zinfandel 2009 from Remo Belli Vineyards, with all sa
