First of two great guest chef dinners this week.
Thusday is Chef Rick Boufford featuring: A traditional Bouillabaisse in 2 courses.
First, the rich saffron broth, croutons, la rouille and cheese.
Then more broth as the platter with numerous kinds of fresh fish that
have been cooked in the broth arrives!
