First Annual Swallows Day Hot Wing Showdown

Who will be crowned the Swallows Day ‘Wing King’?

Saturday March 20th 9am – 4pm

SteerCrazy International BBQ and HillBilly Pirate Sauces will sponsor a first-ever “wing off” hot wing competition at the Mercado Street Faire on parade day. Contestants will have three minutes to eat as many wings with the hottest sauce possible! Wing eaters can enter multiple times throughout the day beginning at 9:00 a.m. The best time and pounds consumed at the end of the day will be announced the winner. Entry fee is $10 and they’ll be prizes, t – shirts and trophy awarded to the ‘Wing King’ from the stage.

All proceeds benefit the San Juan Capistrano Fiesta Association.
