Join the executive chef,  Gino Buonanoce, of Antonello Ristorante for a cooking demo at Bloomingdales in South Coast Plaza on Saturday February 26 at 1 p.m. He will be showing off the cuisine that has helped to position them as Orange County's best Italian restaurant . Buonanoce attended culinary school in his hometown of Bari Puglia Italy and has honed his craft during his years at New York’s Parma Ristorante.
