This Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8, 2011 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., treat mom to a special three-course prix-fixe brunch menu at Bayside restaurant! With stunning bay views, Bayside restaurant is the perfect location for your Mother’s Day celebration.

A three-course bottomless champagne brunch is available for $46.75 per person, plus tax and service.

A three-course children’s brunch menu will also be available for children 12 years and younger for $18 per child, plus tax and service.

Champagne brunch menu patrons are invited to choose a starter such as roasted red beets with whipped goat cheese, toasted walnuts and a balsamic reduction, house made mango passion yogurt with sliced banana, or ahi tuna tartare with soy, chili, ginger, crushed avocado and sesame crisp.

Guests can choose from main course items such as an Italian-style frittata omelet with bacon, tomato, cheddar and avocado, sautéed tiger prawns with asparagus risotto and parmesan, or boneless pork rib rack chop with mushroom ragu and Yukon gold potatoes.

Guests are invited to finish off their scrumptious Mother’s Day Brunch with a choice of desserts, including a mixed berry shortcake with vanilla sauce and Chantilly cream or a three chocolate crisp with raspberries and chocolate sauce.
