Hey OC food fanatics!

If you like coffee, this is the event for you. Come check out the only coffee roaster in town who will roast your coffee on the spot while you wait! If you've never watched coffee's transformation from an odorless raw gray bean to rich brown aromatic delicacy, you're in for a real treat. It's a feast for the eyes, and the nose:) And when you taste it, you'll be wondering why you've been drinking stale coffee all these years!

So come check us out Saturday morning, from 10am til 1pm, as we hold our signature Roast-to-Order event. And YOU get to choose the beans. There are choices from all over the world and, best of all, each one is Certified Organic. It only takes about 10 minutes per roast. You can watch, or browse the bakery and taste some goodies...or a bit of both! And if you're a curious coffee fan, there is a world of knowledge we'd love to share, so please, ask away.
