This summer we'll introduce young chefs to the fundamentals of baking as they master delicious and diverse recipes for a variety of baked treats. From French Toast Casserole to Banana Cream Pie, your teen will love learning the techniques behind this menu full of easy crowd-pleasers.

Working side-by-side with our talented instructors and other young chefs, teens will learn recipes designed for young adults, plus baking essentials like how to follow recipes, measure and mix, all about prep work, cooking temperatures and times and, of course, kitchen safety.

Classes will run two hours a day for five days. At the end of class, teens will eat their creations and take home a complimentary apron, a reusable grocery bag and a cupcake decorating kit-all included in the class price. Classes are only available as a five-day series.
