In this hands-on cooking camp designed specifically for teens, we'll take a tour of global cuisines from Japan and the U.S., through Italy and Latin America. Teens will work alongside other young chefs and our experienced instructors learning how to prepare authentic dishes from each region, as well as kitchen basics, knife skills, proper sanitation and much more.

Classes will run two hours a day for five days. At the end of class, teens will eat their delicious creations and take home a complimentary apron, a reusable grocery bag and a new kitchen knife-all included in the class price. Classes are only available as a five-day series.
