The Cellar is proud to introduce Eagle Eye Winery. If you enjoy boutique, hand crafted wines from Napa, and this is a dinner that you do not want to miss. The Eagle Eye brand was created to make small quantities of high quality wine from the Napa Valley that wallow the winemaker to create fruit forward, approachable, young blends that are affordable, and age worthy. We want the consumer to count upon and recognize the Eagle Eye brand as great wine at an exceptional value.

Eagle Eye 2008 Sauvignon Blanc
The blending of Semillon and Chardonnay add body, viscosity and crispness while the small amount of dry Muscat imparts a beautiful nose, rich silkiness and a clean lingering finish. This wine is a great food wine.

Eagle Eye 2006 Voluptuous
Voluptuous 2006 is our proprietary blend. In order to produce this unique wine we do not limit ourselves. Our 2006 fruit was some of the best, beautifully we, balanced and intensely flavored. Voluptuous has no boundaries, just great taste.

Eagle Eye 2005 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Eagle Eye 2005 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the first to showcase fruit from the famous AlphaWOLF Ranch. The addition of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot provides that deep purple color and layers of complexity with a bouquet of red ripe fruits. Ripe raspberries, dark cherries and black currants fill your mouth with that first sip. A hint of vanilla from the French oak barrels shows up in the long lingering finish.

Eagle Eye 2008 Muscat Canelli
Eagle Eye Muscat Canelli 2008 has a nose of aromas of peaches, apricots and orange blossoms. One sip will fill your mouth with opulent tropical fruits including lychee, tangerine and notes of ripe cantaloupe.
