Z’Tejas Southwestern Grill at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa will offer a special Valentine’s menu Feb 11 – 14. Available during dinner hours only, Executive Chef Daniel Stevens will prepare two special entrees, some drink specials featuring Pama liqueur and a special chocolate Mousse to cap off the meal.
