Zov's Premier Catering & Special Events has been selected as one of only 5 caterers endorsed by the Richard Nixon Presidential Library & Museum to offer its services for onsite events including large formal dinners, corporate events, wedding receptions and fundraisers.  Zov, a noted chef and author of 2 cookbooks, began her career as a caterer on a much smaller scale nearly 30 years ago.  The catering business, which is overseen by her son Armen Karamardian, vice president of operations for the family enterprise, regularly caters large-scale events with some accommodating as many as 5,000 guests.
