TAPS Fish House & Brewery is offering an extraordinary end of summer promotion that qualifies for “extreme value.” Guests may customize their own “Taste of TAPS” three course dinner from 19 selections in three categories: starter, entrée and dessert. Most choices are among TAPS signature dishes—from ceviche, shrimp cocktail and clam chowder to filet medallion & shrimp scampi, cedar plank salmon, Victor’s fish & chips and half rack of barbecue ribs (menu follows). As an added value, TAPS will include a 12 ounce Cream Ale, which has just won the restaurant-brewery another gold medal at the California State Fair this month. The special, priced at $24.95, will be offered through mid-October.
