My office is next door to this little happy hour and I think they offer quite the happy hour deal - free self-service food from 5-7pm M-F. I don't believe they have drink specials, but it's definitely a nice spot to meet up with someone for a quick small bite and a cocktail or two. If you go there and have 2 or 3 drinks, you're going to spend 18-25 bucks though... so it's not a steal of a deal.
