So what are the top French restaurants in OC? I'll be here visiting family for the next week, but I can't stay away from a good bistro for too long! I've been living in Las Vegas for over 7 months have become spoiled with all my options there, but I know there must be some hope here in my homeland.
Any good suggestions?
