Why go vegetarian?

Comment by Tracey Downey on August 29, 2008 at 11:09pm: I love Native Foods, I eat there at least three times a week. The Mad Cowboy is a must try as is the Soul Bowl. Azteca Salad is a taste layering orgy! The "Natives" (Staff) are awesome, Angie and her team do a great job of running things for Tanya the Chef/Owner. Try the iced Chai or the Native Iced Tea and tell them that Tracey from Downey's Chocolates sent you!!

Any suggestions for a good place in the Placentia area?

If you are in the Costa Mesa area you might consider Avanti Cafe on East 17th. Its a bit eclectic, sometimes hit and miss, but pretty damn good.

Comment by NJ CHICK on October 30, 2010 at 6:40am: LOVE Native Foods (a bit expensive, when you are trying to feed a family of 5). Also try The Veggie Grill at the Irvine Spectrum. Even if you don't have a kid with you, try the chocolate pudding! AMAZING!
