A top graduate of the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of California in Orange County , Anahita Naderi is a well known Chef. Miss Naderi has expanded her knowledge of the food industry by working with OCLIFE Magazine as their full time executive food editor. In the past five years she has built solid skills by working with the Ritz Carlton in Dana Point , Two Star Michelin rated Melisse restaurant in Santa Monica , The Fairmont Newport Beach, and Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen at Downtown Disney. With a love for writing and a passion for food, Chef Anahita is looking forward to connecting readers with the OC restaurant scene.
