The Studio Garden is a working, functional custom garden designed to grow and cultivate fresh seasonal herbs, fruits and vegetables which provide our chefs with the freshest ingredients for dishes to be served in our restaurants; our mixologists to use for cocktails; our spa to utilize for treatments; our children’s programs to use for educational activities; and our guests to use as private functions and events space.
Studio also continues to utilize local farms for any produce not supplied by the garden. We also use a forager that goes to the farmers markets for our produce.
