My experience includes restaurants such as Prime Cut Cafe and Wine Bar in Orange, CA, Charlie Palmer at South Coast Plaza, Specialty's in Irvine, CA. My experience also extends to bakeries such as Whole Foods Market, Hans and Harry's Bakery, and Collins Dining Hall within Claremont Mckenna College.
I am currently working as Assistant Pastry Chef at George's at the Cove in La Jolla, CA.
