I am new to the sight and have purchased both The Flavor Bible and The Food Lovers companion as a result of reading this discussion. It is just about summer and we have had a few good days of weather. In honor of this weather I wanted to let everyone know that Bobby Flay's Grill It is the best grilling cook book I have on my shelf (and I have quite a few).
