A great night was had by all at the first annual I Love Poke Festival at Don The Beachcomber on April 12th.
It was a great opportunity for the local restaurants to showcase their talents and the OC Restaurant Association to be Judges Liasons.

The ice biz is going well... I was keeping this news under my hat for a little bit... but I'll let you in on the news.... ;) Glace Luxury Ice is now an official supplier to the MGM Mirage, we're featured at Prime Steak House and Picasso inside The Bellagio Resort, Las Vegas.
