A great night was had by all at the first annual I Love Poke Festival at Don The Beachcomber on April 12th.
It was a great opportunity for the local restaurants to showcase their talents and the OC Restaurant Association to be Judges Liasons.

The ice biz is going well... I was keeping this news under my hat for a little bit... but I'll let you in on the news.... ;) Glace Luxury Ice is now an official supplier to the MGM Mirage, we're featured at Prime Steak House and Picasso inside The Bellagio Resort, Las Vegas.

- Yes it will be a buffet...but the great thing about it is that we extend the buffet into our kitchen. The guests really enjoy going through the kitchen to get to the carving stations and the other proteins. Thank you for putting that on your blast!!! I really appreciate it! Have a great thanksgiving!
