Anything new and different. I am tired of all these fusion places, and the dumbing down of cuisine for Americans. Give me traditional flavors, well prepared food, and a passionate chef and you make me happy.

ummm not AI. Long beach state. I am going for my BS in management and also a BS in Dietetics. I want to be educated so when I open my business I am well rounded in all areas.
Well...I have to work with my strengths which is my intelligence and creativity while I find that many people in the kitchen have skills they don't necessary foresee patterns and trends nor do they want much more out of life then a pay check. If I am not in a position where I can be creative then I am not happy. And you know that line cooks do not get to be creative.
Well I'm glad your part of the community. That's funny you bid on this domain. I think it will keep growing and become a really community. Did you see the ads for ocfoodies in OC Life Magazine or 944? Let me know if your ever interested in being an active contributer the more foodies the better.

well....I spent the last couple of hours trying to make sense of putting a slideshow on a blog and have walked away unsuccessful
