What is your favorite food?: Today, Chicken Shawarma. Tomorrow, who knows!

How often do you dine out?: As much as I can! Usually about 5 days a week.

What restaurants/eateries get you excited?: Anything new and different. I am tired of all these fusion places, and the dumbing down of cuisine for Americans. Give me traditional flavors, well prepared food, and a passionate chef and you make me happy.

If I am not in a position where I can be creative then I am not happy. And you know that line cooks do not get to be creative.
