Triple D in the OC

This past Monday, the popular Food Network show "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" finally made its way into Orange County with its feature on Paul's Coffee Shop in Fountain Valley. Having eaten there a couple of times, I have to say that the tiny joint is a most worthy venue to break through such a barrier. The food is as good as it looked in the episode (I simply adore their corned beef), and their commitment to honoring the local military in pretty much everything they do is nothing short of… Continue

seafood” – in the words of the head chef, and it’s an important distinction to

make. At this restaurant, in the wee hours of the morning, the daily delivery

The Village Cafe in Mission Viejo

If you're into Mediterranean food you need to check this place out. I've been going for years now, and though it's gotten a lot more popular and crowded, the food still rocks. I originally came here for the hookah, but i've since kicked that habit. The eats are what keep me coming back. Get yourself a shwarma, some hot tea, and some baklava and you will be a happy diner. Another nice bonus is the open, airy atmosphere (it is a cafe after all)!

Enter Canter’s Jewish Delicatessen, a genuine LA landmark that is as…
