This past summer my friends did a semi-taste of L.A.... going to some of the historic eateries around Los Angeles... Yesterday evening I was fortunate enough to attend the Apprentice Chocolatier Class at Downey's Chocolates in Laguna Niguel.
I am so excited and just have to share what a great experience that was. I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty easy. I must also mention that them having a fully prepared kitchen and someone to walk you through all the steps helps a bit as well.
