My Friends and I want to do a Taste of Orange County... is that possible?

This past summer my friends did a semi-taste of L.A.... going to some of the historic eateries around Los Angeles... Pinks, Phillipes, the Pantry to name a few... there really isn't a problem finding any type of American, international, gourmet, eclectic... you get the picture... restaurant, diner, dive that is famous in L.A... places that have been around a long time... historical landmarks... originals.

Chocolatier Class at Downey's Chocolates

Yesterday evening I was fortunate enough to attend the Apprentice Chocolatier Class at Downey's Chocolates in Laguna Niguel.

I am so excited and just have to share what a great experience that was. I was pleasantly surprised that it was pretty easy. I must also mention that them having a fully prepared kitchen and someone to walk you through all the steps helps a bit as well.
