Once again, Bruxie puts its own spin on the Super Bowl with the third annual BRUXIE BOWL to be held Super Bowl Weekend, Friday, February 1st through Sunday, February 3rd, at all four restaurant locations (beginning at 11 a.m. each day). For the event, Bruxie is offering two Goumet Waffle Sandwiches specials, each inspired by one of the teams playing in this year’s Super Bowl. The total Bruxies sold for each team will determine the winner of the Bruxie Bowl, who will be announced on Super Bowl Sunday!

This year, Bruxie offers the following two Gourmet Waffle Sandwich specials inspired by and recognized as the “The Best” of San Francisco and Baltimore:

San Francisco 49ers Bruxie
Slow Roasted Pork with distinctive Herbs, Garlic and Lemon Zest served with Onion Marmalade, Sea Salt, Arugula and a Light Spread of Herb Aioli
Inspired by the Roli Roti Porchetta served at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market every Saturday.

Baltimore Ravens Bruxie
Spicy Capicolla, Soppressata, Gruyere, Roasted Peppers, sliced Cherry Peppers and Spicy Greens with a Balsamic Reduction
Inspired by and voted Baltimore’s “Best Italian sandwich EVER” The Scooch…

“We started this ‘battle’ two years ago and our guests really got into it, so we’ve made it an annual tradition,” commented Dean Simon, Managing Partner of Bruxie. “We created two truly special Bruxie sandwiches – one to represent each team – and the one that gets ordered the most during our Super Bowl promotion, will be named our champion!”

Both Bruxie sandwich specials will be offered while supplies last, beginning at 11 a.m. each day on Friday, February 1st through Sunday, February 3rd.
