Salad is the one of the most popular food items in the world. There are different salad items in different places in the world. Their recipes are not same but one thing they have common which they all are delicious.
We often search food pages on internet to get salad items as we really want different taste. That’s why I am here with three delicious salads from different part in the world:

Chinese chicken salad

It is very popular food item in china and all over world as well. The best thing about it is it’s easy to prepare and provides great taste and proper nutrition

Ingredients Needed:

  • Shredded Napa cabbage, 3 cups in amount
  • Shredded lettuce, 3 cups in amount
  • 1 peeled carrot; large size is suggested
  • 1 seeded red bell pepper; sliced thinly is suggested
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves, use fresh for best experience
  • 2 cups thinly sliced from small chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds; it must be toasted
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Grounded black paper; according to taste
  • Kosher salt; according to taste

The process of cooking:

  1. first take 3 cups of chow mein noodles for garnishing
  2. Now shave the large carrot and put it to salad bowl
  3. Take the cabbage, mint leaves, lettuce, almonds and sesame seeds.
  4. After that put the chicken on it and mix the whole thing with pepper
  5. Now mix the oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl and make the mixture smooth
  6. Now put a little amount of Kosher salt on it
    after completing previous steps mix all the ingredients firmly
  7. It’s time to bake the salad in preheated oven with 350 degrees for almost 8 to 10 minutes
  8. Now garnish the chow mein noodles over the salad
  9. Make sure to cool it before serving

Turkish chicken salad

It is very delicious salad item And it can be used as heavy food item. You will get lots of proteins from this food item. This is very popular salad item in many countries especially in Turkey.

Ingredients Needed:

  • 500gm chicken breast; it must be skinless and properly washed
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 2 tablespoon molasses
  • Ripe pomegranate seeds; red in color and half of it
  • ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1 cup of carrots; must be peeled
  • 1 cup of lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds; it must be toasted

The process of cooking:

  1. First of all take red chili powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, oregano, sumac and molasses in small bowl
  2. Whisk these ingredients smoothly. Then add the skinless chicken into it. Now marinate it. And keep it for 10- 15 minutes
  3. Now take non-stick pan with oil into it and now put the chicken into it
  4. After that cook over for almost 10 minutes. make sure the heat is medium
  5. Now flip the chicken and cook again for 10 minutes. and again in medium heat
  6. When the cooking is finished keep the chicken in cool for 5 minutes
  7. Then cut the chicken into long and thick pieces
  8. After you finish that start assembling the salad by first putting chicken into it. Then add sliced cucumbers, lettuce, sesame seeds, pine nuts, carrots on top of it.
  9. At the end put pomegranate seeds all over it and then serve the food.

Thai shrimp salad

Ingredients Needed:

  • 250gm shrimp
  • ¼ cup roasted cashews; must be salted.
  • ¼ teaspoon smoothly crushed red pepper.
  • 1 cup purple cabbage; must be shredded.
  • ½ cup thinly sliced cucumber .
  • 1 cup of carrots; must be peeled.
  • 1 cup of lettuce.
  • 2 teaspoons honey.
  • Roughly chopped 1 piece ginger, 1 clove garlic, ¼ cup Big onion;
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar.
  • ½ cup cilantro.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • Grounded black paper; according to taste.
  • Kosher salt; according to taste.
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice.
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger.
  • 1 kernels removed corn cob.

The process of cooking:

  1. First peel the tail and cover of the shrimp. Use best kitchen knives under 100. It needs to be cut sharply.
  2. Now dry the shrimp with paper towel.
    after that take garlic powder, pepper, turmeric, sesame oil, chili powder and mix properly.
  3. Now put shrimp into this mixture and mix firmly.
  4. Then on a non-stick frying pan with medium heat cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now cool the shrimp putting aside.
  6. After that take cabbage, roasted cashews, red pepper, ginger, garlic, onion, cilantro, carrots, lettuce, honey and mix those very well.
  7. Now put those on refrigerator for a while.
  8. After finishing these steps now assemble the mixture with shrimps softly and then serve the salad.
