6ix Park Grill, Hyatt Regency Irvine’s California Coastal Cuisine eatery, will showcase a wine from one of the Central Coast’s most popular wineries during its September mixer and in honor of California Wine Month. Foley Chardonnay will be the featured wine during the restaurant’s monthly event, which focuses on bringing community residents, local professionals and guests together in a Happy Hour setting. 

Taking place on Thursday, September 22nd at 5pm, the restaurant and bar will serve complimentary tastings of Foley Chardonnay, which will be accompanied by complementing appetizers. Happy Hour will run all night and consists of $5 wine, $6 appetizers and $6 custom signature cocktails.  Additionally, raffle prizes and live entertainment will add to the festivities.

A selection of complimentary appetizers include:

~Crab Cake Canapé with French Bread and Chive Aioli
~Oyster Shooter with Pureed Olive and Lemon
~Cheese Display: Provolone, Gruyere and Mild Cheddar with Crackers, Baguettes, Nuts, Seeds and Dried Fruit
~Grilled Vegetables Display: White Asparagus, Cauliflower, Green and Red Heirloom Tomato Wedges, Red and Green Onions
 
“This month’s mixer overlaps with California Wine Month, so we wanted to feature a well- regarded and popular wine, which is why we chose Foley,” says Dustin Hillard, Manager of 6ix Park Grill. “Guests who attend this event will also have an opportunity to try items off our new menu, which we just released this month. Even more to celebrate!”

Guests will enjoy an oasis-like landscaped outdoor patio equipped with a fire pit and complimentary valet parking. Each monthly mixer showcases a different wine, which is featured in the restaurant the entire month.
