Fridays in Long Beach taste much better now. Why? Alegria has announced that its enormously successful once-a-month lunch buffet will now be offered every Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The all-you-can-eat, end-of-the-week special features such fare as Chicken Enchiladas con Mole, Jalapeño Rellenos, fresh fruit/salad bar and carving station alongside a number of rotating specialties expertly prepared by Executive Chef Walter Cotta. Cost is $15 per person.
