Andrei’s is embracing the warmer weather with the launch of a new cocktail menu delivering the flavors of summertime. Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails holds its beverage program to the same high principles as their cuisine, using only house-made organic syrups and incorporating ingredients such as pasilla chile and lavender. Many of the new offerings are champagne-based cocktails, which perfectly balance sweet and bubbly this season.
Highlights of the new cocktail menu include:
White Tiger: Nolet’s Gin, coconut milk, lemon juice, lime zest
Chilean Spice: Spicy Citrus-Infused Vodka, orange, house-made sweet & sour, agave, lime
Barrel-Aged Manhattan: Elijah Craig Bourbon, Peychaud’s Bitters, Carpano Antica Vermouth, barrel-aged in American Oak
Midnight Mule: Espresso-infused Bourbon, Kahlua, Bailey’s, bee pollen
Andrei’s offers happy hour Saturday-Friday from 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm, Saturday from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm, and no corkage fees Monday and Tuesday nights after 5:00 pm in the lounge. Guests can sip on the new summer cocktails while enjoying the open sophisticated chic decor with lounge seating or grab a seat on the rooftop terrace, covered in herb and citrus gardens.
