Begin with Ossetra caviar and Kushi oysters followed by succulent King Crab legs with sweet peppercorn and lemongrass drawn butter. Next, steamed California sole then choice of eight hour slow roasted brisket (black truffle supplement $25) or pan roasted Maine lobster with AN’s famous garlic noodles. Dessert is a rich gingerbread sticky toffee pudding with brown sugar ice cream. A live band, DJ, balloon drop and other festivities will ring in the New Year.
