Mother’s Day brunch selections include cowboy skillet hash with crispy seasoned potatoes, bell pepper, onion, smoked beef brisket, pepper jack cheese, roasted tomatillo salsa with guacamole, topped with two fried eggs, priced at $12.99; breakfast frittata, Spanish-style oven baked omelet with roasted pasilla peppers, corn tortilla, smoked pork shoulder, pepper jack cheese, chipotle crema, roasted tomatillo salsa and crispy O’Brien potatoes, priced at $12.99; and 18-hour smoked prime brisket pasta with sautéed peppers, caramelized onions, white button mushrooms and roasted corn in garlic BBQ cream sauce, priced at $14.99. Homemade soups will be available for the occasion, including trip tip stew and green chili lobster bisque, priced at $4.99 for a small bowl and $9.95 for large.
Dessert options include chocolate pecan pie, available as a slice for $5.99 or the whole pie, for $24.99; fresh fruit cobbler, priced at $5.99; salted caramel bread pudding and chef’s red velvet cake, priced at $6.99.
