For Valentine’s dinner, February 14, 2018, 4-10 p.m., TAPS will offer a chef-inspired three-course prix fixe menu with choices. Starters include a dish such as Pacific oysters, charcuterie plate, Maine lobster dumplings, jumbo shrimp cocktail, grilled octopus and more. Entree selections include filet with lobster tail, seafood paella, prime rib, Chilean Sea Bass and other chef specialties. For dessert, enjoy blueberry cheesecake; Valrhona chocolate soufflé; champagne sorbet with chocolate-dipped strawberries; Meyer lemon or flourless chocolate cake and other decadent options. Prix fixe menus are priced per entrée selection. Choices vary by location.
