Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlours and Restaurant in Brea is now serving weekend Breakfast from 8am – 11am

Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlours in Brea is now serving breakfast from 8am to 11am every weekend. Located on the corner of Birch St. and Brea Blvd., Farrell’s will use this location as a test facility to build, fine tune and determine if adding a breakfast menu and hours should be extended to other Farrell’s locations.

From the culinary creators of the Gastronomicaldelicatessenepigrean’s Delight (The Gastro for short) or the never forgotten Pig’s Trough, Farrell’s Famous Zoo and the Gibson Girl; Farrell’s breakfast menu is a twisted take on classic all-American diner comfort breakfast dishes. Dishes include a French toast sandwich with peanut butter and bananas, Toad In The Hole, Bob’s Benedict (echoing a classic except featuring a cheese sauce and sourdough toast), and a house-made corned beef hash—served classic style or wrapped in a burrito.

Quickly becoming a new classic is Farrell’s Breakfast Trough stacking baffle fries (breakfast waffle fries), scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, corned beef hash, bell peppers, onions and toast covered with creamy cheese sauce, all into a Farrell’s Pig’s Trough dish.

Farrell’s is also serving pancakes, including chocolate-chocolate chip, strawberry, blueberry, banana pecan with caramel or just plain with a scoop of ice cream.  They even have Griddle Pigs–2 oversized pancakes with 2 strips of bacon cooked into the center.
