For festive New Year’s Eve and Day celebrating with friends and family, the hotel has three wonderful ways to start the year off – with elegant dining at Oak Grill’s Classics 2.0 Four-Course New Year’s Eve Dinner, with vibrant black tie partying at New Year’s Eve at Aqua Lounge and enjoying a delicious, comforting January 1st Brunch at Oak Grill.

Classics 2.0 New Year’s Eve Dinner at Oak Grill
Monday, December 31, from 5 p.m. to midnight
The special Classics 2.0 New Year’s Eve Dinner at Oak Grill is a splendidly decadent four-course celebratory meal offering a menu of classically loved selections. The Amuse is a Classic Caviar Tasting of sustainable Kaluga caviar with all the traditional accompaniments. A choice between Oysters Rockefeller or Tomatoes Provençal is offered for the First Course. Second Course options are French Onion Soup with gratinéed truffle cheese or Caesar Salad. Next is either Sole Meunière with wild rice pilaf, swiss chard and toasted almonds; Tournedos Rossini with seared foie, pommes puree, green beans and madeira caramel; or Cacio e Pepe Bucatini with Truffle. The sweet conclusion is Mocha Almond Opera Cake.

New Year’s Eve Party at Aqua Lounge
Monday, December 31, at 9 p.m.
Aqua Lounge will be the destination for New Year’s Eve celebrating in black tie style with panache. A special DJ will be rocking the crowd at this sleek, chic night spot. A very bubbly champagne toast at midnight and party favors and more are part of this happening holiday evening.

New Year’s Day Brunch at Oak Grill
Tuesday, January 1, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Chef Brittany Valles has created some very special specials for the first day of 2019 brunch at Oak Grill, and the customary brunch menu will be available as well. Plus, guests can start the year off at the $10 Bloody Mary Bar or celebrate with $10 Bottomless Mimosas. Chef Valles’ “New Year’s Resolutions” choices feature Roasted Asparagus Benedict with crispy pancetta and fruit; Vegetable Grain Bowl filled with roasted farmers market vegetables, barley, quinoa, goat cheese, lemon vinaigrette, puffed wild rice, fried egg; Wild Mushroom, Spinach and Goat Cheese Quiche served with mixed greens tossed with balsamic dressing; and Chilled Seafood Platter of king crab legs, prawns and smoked salmon. The chef’s “New Year’s Morning Mischief” selections are Steak and Eggs with breakfast potatoes, Fried Chicken and Waffles with chili syrup and honey butter and Monte Cristo Sandwich with breakfast potatoes and jam.
