Say farewell to 2017 with Fleming’s holiday brunch on Sunday, December 31 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The newly renovated restaurant will offer an exclusive three-course menu featuring an appetizer choice of lobster bisque, modern Caesar or housemade burrata salad. Next, enjoy main-course selections including Fleming’s signature eggs Benedict with choice of filet or crab cake; cinnamon apple brioche French toast served with crisp bacon; California style steak & eggs; Glory Bay salmon Mediterranean salad; porcini-crusted filet mignon; or steak sandwich with caramelized onions and mushrooms. Served with a side of Fleming’s jalapeño and cheddar potatoes or grilled high country asparagus. Conclude with choice of berries & Chantilly cream, Tahitian vanilla bean crème brûlée or New York cheesecake. Children's menu will also be offered, along with Fleming’s full à la carte menu.
