Get ready to get your St. Paddy’s on. On Friday, March 17, Macallans Public House, will host an epic St. Patrick’s Day celebration starting at 10 a.m. and running continuously until the wee hours of the morn’ March 18. Festivities will include performances by live bands, a DJ and Irish-inspired food and spirits including fine Irish beers on draft. Steps away, the dramatic Guinness Sky Lounge will be transformed into a VIP party with step-and-repeat photo ops, an Irish buffet, spirits, Guinness beer and music.
Admission to the VIP lounge is $25 and includes the Macallans Irish buffet and one cocktail or beer. It also includes a dish offered only in the lounge, "The Dublin Coddle” --- a savory delight made with scalloped potatoes, sausages, bacon and white cheddar Guinness Mornay sauce.
Also on St. Patrick’s Day, Macallans will be showcasing Jameson’s new Cooper's Croze, a limited-edition, high-end offering from Jameson Irish Whiskey. The special dining menu on St. Patrick’s Day will highlight traditional Irish favorites with a Macallans twist. Featured entrees include:
Corned Beef & Cabbage ($18) – house-corned beef, braised savoy cabbage, baby Yukon gold potatoes with duck liver demi-glace and harissa sour cream
Fish & Chips ($15) – Lager-battered true cod, super slaw, potato wedges, house-made tartar sauce
Bangers & Mash ($15) - two charred bangers, Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes and onion gravy
Shepherd's Pie ($15) - braised ground beef and lamb, onions, peas, carrots and crispy parsnips
