The team behind Driftwood Kitchen and The Deck on Laguna Beach concepts, introduce their newest restaurant in Orange County, Hendrix, opening late-March 2017. This neighborhood restaurant will offer a style of cuisine that reflects the current "New American" trend. Some of the standout dishes from Hendrix’s rotisserie will include spit-roasted Porcetta and Colorado Rack of Lamb, which will be available for takeaway and in-house dining as entrees or sharable platters. The menu will also include Fried Catfish, Double R Ranch Bone-In Ribeye, Scottish Cedar-Planked Salmon, and Rotisserie Chicken & Fontina Flatbread. Guests will be able to begin their meal with freshly made-to-order Zucchini Cornbread with honey compound butter with sea salt, and end with Austrian Apple Strudel, inspired by Chef Schwarz’s youth.
Hendrix Restaurant will feature a full bar with a beverage program that will include a mix of signature drinks, a quality draft program reflecting the American craft movement, and an easy-to-navigate wine list full of favorites at recognizably good pricing. Wines will be on display in the restaurant so diners can shop for their desired bottle at near retail price.
Hendrix is set to open in late-March 2017 at the Ocean Ranch Village in Laguna Niguel (32431 Golden Lantern). For more information, visit www.hendrixrestaurantandbar.com.
