It is Kimera Restaurant’s second anniversary and the premiere global fusion restaurant is having a party to celebrate with a red carpet event to be held on Thursday, June 11 at 6:00 p.m. The event will feature a full bar, including Kimera’s Saffron Cocktail, which placed number one in the 1stAnnual Riviera Summer Cocktail Tour. The event is open to the public and will feature complimentary hors d’oeuvres alongside its renowned regular-priced menu of delicious and exotic dishes and the full-service bar. The fine food and drink will be complemented by live entertainment from DJ Milo Rock, who will be spinning vinyl hip hop in the bar area.

Despite its relatively short tenure in Orange County, Kimera Restaurant, a member of the “Dining as Art” collection, has already made a name for itself due to its impressive menu and sophisticated atmosphere. The restaurant held its grand opening party on June 12, 2007 and has been serving world-class cuisine and beverages ever since.
