Las Brisas Debuts A New Dining Room Menu

Keeping with its desire to serve up romance and lasting memories, along with cuisine inspired by Mexico’s West Coast, Las Brisas is unveiling a new dining room menu, offered during both lunch and dinner, that is certain to delight our loyal guests.

Created by Executive Chef Johannes Bernau, the new menu will feature a host of new dishes including:

Charred Octopus . . . charred octopus, frisee, charred corn, crème fraîche, toasted ciabatta
Nueske’s Bacon . . . grilled bacon, blistered red pepper, chimichurri
Ahi Tacos . . . ahi tuna, arroz paper shell, hass avocado, asian pear, jicama, sriracha aioli
Lobster Carbonara . . . linguine, egg yolk, nueske’s bacon, lobster, toasted ciabatta, parmesan
Mixed Seafood Grill . . . grilled romaine, charred octopus, shrimp, lobster, snow crab claws, fresh catch, new potatoes
Brisas Cioppino . . . oregon sustainable mussels, clams, snow crab claw, shrimp, chorizo, corn, saffron broth, toasted ciabatta
Twin Lobster Tails . . . charred rock lobster tails, sriracha beurre blanc, grilled asparagus, baja arroz
Tomahawk Chop . . . brined duroc pork chop, chile colorado sauce, black beans, baja arroz

The new dining room menu will also continue to feature the popular SEAFOOD TOWER … lobster, oysters, ceviche, shrimp, king crab cocktail, along with other guest favorites like the Shrimp Tampiqueños … wild mexican prawns, chardonnay garlic sauce, oyster mushrooms, baja arroz and Blackened Ahi Tuna … sriracha beurre blanc, grilled asparagus, baja arroz.
