Memphis Cafe Unveils Updated Dinner Menu

Enjoy the flavors of Southern home-style cooking with a spring-inspired twist at Memphis Cafe. The updated dinner menu features Memphis Cafe’s signature dishes reimagined, such as the award winning smoky gumbo and seafood jambalaya, along with new seasonal dishes showcasing the flavors of spring.

The new spring dinner menu at Memphis Cafe will unveil on March 12, 2018.

Spring-Inspired Menu Highlights

Boudin Balls
ground, smoked pork, seasonings, rice and vegetables rolled into meatballs and roasted, then coated in corn flakes. Served with collard greens, pancetta, hot pepper-honey sauce and grilled bread

Fried Green Tomato and Lobster Salad
tarragon, smoked paprika vinaigrette, dandelion greens

Roasted Beet Poke
sesame, scallions, fried beet chips, hazelnuts, gorgonzola

Pickled Shrimp Salad
chicories, citrus, crispy tasso, smoked paprika vinaigrette, fried biscuit croutons

maque choux (Cajun creamed corn with chicken andouille sausage), cheddar-scallion biscuit, haricot vert
