Three innovative and warming brown spirit cocktails will be crafted at Red Bar and Lounge this winter – Old Fashioned with Rebel Yell Bourbon Whiskey, sugar, bitters and orange; Smoked Maple Old Fashioned created with Buffalo Trace Bourbon Whiskey, smoked maple, bitters and orange; and Apple Pie Old Fashioned made with Sazerac Rye Whiskey, apple liqueur, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, bitters and orange.

UFC Fight Night
January to March

The best place to watch UFC fights in OC is at Red Bar and Lounge. All the action will be on the big screens while viewers enjoy food and drink specials all night long.

Sunday, February 4

At Red Bar and Lounge, there will be an All-you-can-eat Tailgate Party featuring $4 beer and chicken wings, guacamole and chips, bratwurst sliders and ahi poke.

Valentine’s Day at EATS Kitchen & Bar
Wednesday, February 14

Dinner at EATS Kitchen & Bar is the perfect meal for loving couples. At this special Valentine’s Day event, the delectable Four-Course Prix Fixe Dinner will offer a Starter selection of either Pacific Oysters with cucumber-mint granite or Dungeness Crab Salad with blood orange vinaigrette. Entrée choices are NY Steak & Short Rib Ravioli with heirloom carrots, foraged mushrooms and truffle demi-glace or Pan Seared Sea Bass with coconut curry and jasmine rice. Dessert is Chocolate Crémeux with kumquat marmalade and lavender meringue. The holiday dinner comes with a complimentary glass of sparkling Rosé for each, while a live Spanish guitarist sets the romantic mood.

North Coast Brewing Co. Beer Dinner at EATS
Saturday, March 31, at 6 p.m.

This North Coast Brewing Co. Beer Dinner will be highlighted by a Four-Course Dinner paired with the finest craft-produced beers from this Fort Bragg, Calif., brewery. Food highlights include Lobster and Taleggio Mac & Cheese and Roasted Suckling Pig.

There’s a choice of premium-quality varieties like Skookums, Fanny Bay, Chef’s Creek and Phantom Creek, all served with a bloody mary granite, shallot mignonette, cocktail sauce, Tabasco and lemon wedges. Minimum six per order.

Marketplace Farmers Market
Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Every Wednesday, Hotel Irvine brings seasonal fruits and vegetables – plus a selection of artisan products – to their Farmers’ Market at Marketplace.
