Newly opened, The Country Club has announced its weekend brunch. The 21 and over restaurant and bar located in Costa Mesa’s eastside, opened its doors to rave reviews on December 5. The public opening followed weeks of private events and successful community charity fundraisers.
Offered Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 4pm, the brunch menu consists of familiar breakfast classics ranging from buttermilk pancakes to fresh salads and sandwiches. Signature dishes include the Hangar Steak and Eggs with chimichurri, potatoes, roasted tomatoes, and eggs, Smoked Salmon Benedict with poached eggs, green Tabasco hollandaise on English muffins, as well as the Short Rib Hash, with kale, sweet potato, caramelized onions, pastrami spices, and fried eggs. Other items will include Brioche French Toast, Biscuits and Gravy, and the Prime Rib Dip Sandwich.
Guests can also enjoy familiar brunch libations including Champagne and fresh-squeezed grapefruit, pineapple, and orange juice mimosas, as well as house Bloody Marys. There’s also 14 beers on draught, classically crafted cocktails and a curated wine list.
In addition to its warmly lit and luxury appointed spacious bar and dining area, guests will also have the option to brunch on the patio, which features traditional and communal tables, as well as more relaxed lounge spaces, complete with a flickering fireplace. The patio also features retractable roof sections, which fully open or close upon request.
The Country Club is open to guests 21 and over, exclusively. Hours of operation are 2pm to 2am Monday through Friday with Cocktail Hour from 2pm to 6pm, lighter fare from 3pm, dinner from 5pm to 10pm daily, and weekend brunch 10am to 4pm.
