Portillo's Heads Into Spring With Seasonal Specials

To kick-off the spring season, Portillo’s today announced customers can enjoy three limited-time menu items, available now

Celebrate the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day holiday with the Mint Chocolate Shake, comprised of mint ice cream blended with chocolate fudge frosting from Portillo’s famous Chocolate Cake.

Portillo’s also offers Lenten-friendly fare, including the Tuna Salad Sandwich, topped with lettuce and tomato, served on a choice of a pretzel roll or croissant; the brand’s Pepper and Egg Sandwich, featuring seasoned scrambled eggs topped with house-cooked sweet peppers on a choice of a croissant or French bread (Available only at Portillo’s Buena Park location.)

Portillo’s is giving guests a reason to look forward to Mondays and work on their #saucestache with Monday Rib Nights, every week until May 29. Customers that purchase a Full Slab Rib dinner ($22.99), along with any drink, will receive a complimentary Half Slab of Portillo’s Award-Winning Ribs. The tender baby back slabs are marinated in Portillo’s housemade sauce and barbecued over an open grill.
