We just joined this site and wanted to introduce ourselves. We're still a bit new in town ;)

We are Portola Coffee, a small coffee roasting company, on a mission to share the wonders of fresh-roasted, handcrafted, 100% organic coffee with Orange County. Our obsession is freshness. If you haven't tried super-fresh coffee, straight from the roaster, you are missing out. The smell and the taste are just on another level. And if you're a foodie, you're probably all about taking your taste buds to that other level. Here are a couple cool ways to try us:

-Roast to Order Saturdays: Come to Layer Cake Bakery (we're located inside) in Irvine from 10-1 and we'll roast you a bag while you wait. It only takes about 10 minutes and you get to actually watch, and smell, the coffee's transformation as it roasts!
-Home Delivery: Yep, we will personally deliver our fresh-roasted coffee to your door for free! As long as you live in the Irvine, Lake Forest, or Tustin areas.
