To seduce your taste buds, RA Sushi introduces its Spring Pairing, featuring the Lobster Seduction Salad and Berry Encumbered Refresher. The Spring Pairing will be available for a limited time at all five Southern California RA Sushi locations.

The Lobster Seduction Salad features large chunks of lobster mixed in a homemade spicy sauce that is artfully presented in a cucumber slice, then garnished with sweet strawberries and cucumber Yuzu sauce. The perfect cocktail for enjoying with this dish, the Berry Encumbered Refresher is a mix of Effen Cucumber Vodka, Absolut Citron, Cointreau, and fresh muddled cucumber, strawberry and lime, shaken, strained over ice and then topped with a splash of soda.

The Spring Pairing will be served from March 1 to April 30, 2013 at the Chino Hills, Corona, Huntington Beach, Torrance and Tustin RA Sushi locations. The dish and cocktail are available as a combination for $20 or can be ordered separately for $12 for the Lobster Seduction Salad and $8 for the Berry Encumbered Refresher.
